Client is a multi-brand lifestyle retailer with 2 physical outlets.

Challenge

Client has tried using print ads on magazines as well as digital marketing with other vendors but wasn’t satisfied with the results achieved and wanted to see if using XPO could help them.

Solution

Using Knorex XPO℠ marketing cloud platform, we assist Client to run cross-channel campaign across 2 channels (display and social media) for 2 weeks while using XPO machine-learning powered auto-optimization feature.

Results
