REVISION
Revision Policy
Knorex has a revision policy in place to ensure timely production and quality work while meeting your expectations. We hope that by establishing an initial understanding on this, we can be productive and achieve the expected outcome for you.
- A set of 3-5 ad sizes (300x600px, 728x90px, 300x250px, 320x50px, 160x600px) based on ready-made template shall be modified and produced for your approval.
- You are entitled up to TWO (2) rounds of MINOR revisions. Any revision shall affect all sizes at once.
- You can send in all your feedback/comments to Knorex team in one email. Each email is counted as ONE (1) revision round.
- Based on that email change request, Knorex team will revert to you with a new version.
- If you approve the version, it shall be made ready for release.
What are Considered as Minor Revision Request ?
- Change font color, size, style/family
- Change of item position
What If You Require Additional Revision Requests ?
You can hire us on hourly basis for such request. Check with your Knorex Account Manager on this.
